We do allow samples to be taken home. The samples include: flooring, tile, fabric, window treatments, cabinet pieces, and paint swatches.
We do ask that the samples get returned within three business days. Once those samples are returned, we do close the "order" and everything is all set!

It is quite easy to return a product. Any décor item that is not seasonal may be brought into the store for a return.
Our return policy is quite simple. Any item that is special ordered or seasonal, cannot be returned. You have 30 days to return any stock item with a receipt included, but may have to pay a restocking fee depending on the item.
Orders are typically placed through the postal service, FedEx, or UPS. We can offer tracking numbers upon request.

Yes. Installations are only available on a couple of our products. Those products include flooring and window treatments. We don't do any installations for kitchen or bathrooms.
For orders shipping out of state, we do use a shipping company, especially for furniture sales. We offer home delivery on flooring products and furniture.
